Our services include the following:

Claim form completion

Our goal at all times when completing claim forms is to minimize returns/queries from health insurance companies therefore helping to ensure prompt payment of claims

 

Invoicing and payment

Production of invoices with continuous monitoring until claim is fully settled to a satisfactory conclusion. This is achieved by my staff constantly liaising with insurance providers, hospital accounts departments and patients

 

Reporting and Accounting

• Providing clients/their accountants with necessary reports as required for end of year accounts
• Maintaining copies of all correspondence in relation to claims and payments.

Registration with insurers

We assist newly appointed consultants with the registration process for the various health insurance companies
